basically... my bf does most the work but likes me to go on top,
im proper nervous about doing it because im not sure how to... we have been sexually active for almost 7 months and ive been on top a few times and we try other positions but id like to be able to do this for him a bit more...
whats the best way to do it? any tips at all?

The biggest trick is to avoid tiring yourself. Lean forward with your hands (or elbows) on his chest or the mattress and do a rocking motion with some grinds for yourself. Too many women want to bounce up and down and not even an athletes legs will bear that.
I've found that something as simple as playing music in the background helps out quite a bit. Pick something with a good beat! It'll help you stay in synch and hold your own while you're on top, and it'll give you a rhythm to move to.
