i like to go down on guys but the problem is, is that after we have sex and i want to go down on him again he taste like the condom and it's not very plesant. i don't want to be mean and say that he tastes bad, any advice?

Flavored condom for fun? or suggest a shower after and then you don’t have to tell him it taste bad but he will get clean and you can go down on him in the shower.
Or, you can simply have a washcloth handy and incorporate some cleaning with some foreplay, especially if the washcloth has plenty of soap or body lotion on it.
A warm, damp facecloth is great for playing and cleaning up the residue.
