Going for anal

I am a guy who has a wonderful girlfriend who I have been dating for nine months now and Anal Sex is something that is rare in our relationship. We have tried it two or three times and each time my girlfriend seems to really enjoy it as do I. The only problem is that se told me last time after we tried to go for it that she bleeds after each go at it. The thing is that I always make sure to use KY and I always make sure to start out slow to not hurt her too much. She says it hurts at first but then as we continue the pain subsides. My question is how can I do this again and get the best results for the both of us?

don't use ky, there is special anal lube, it has a little bit of a numbing agent to help with pain. also, try doing other anal stimulation besides sex right away...build up to it

the reason there is PAIN...is a way for the brain to tell the body something isn't quite right and you should STOP...so you don't get the pain...numbing it can only lead to more damage...LOTS of lube...LOTS of foreplay...GENTLE GENTLE GENTLE penetration until everything is totally relaxed...:)

with me and my gf, we normally just leave my penis in her ass for 20-30 sec so her muscles are totally relaxed before really getting into it, and YES! always LOTS of lube and foreplay, and take your time in penetrating, maybe insert yourself a little at a time letting her muscles relax then once she is alright go a little more

Avoid using numbing agents. As someone else said, pain is there for a reason - it is your body's way of telling you something is wrong.

What she needs to do is "train" her anus to take objects. That's why preparation is so important (i.e., preparation before you actually get in the bed and stick something in it).

I discuss how to train your butt to do that at:

Have her try that process and see if it doesn't help out a bit.

use your fingers or toys to stretch her before you put yourself in
