I’ve never had a problem getting a guy to cum while giving him head. But, I’m with a new guy right now, and I’m guessing he’s not circumcised because it seems like he has a lot of extra skin.
I always thought that you could do anything you would to an uncircumcised dick that you could to a circumcised dick just by holding the extra skin back, and I tried that and I still can’t get him to cum, so if anyone has any suggestions, I would REALLY appreciate it because it’s really starting to get me down…thanks
If anything an uncircumcised penis will be more sensitive than a circumcised one, so I very much doubt if that has anything to do with it.

I don't know what to tell you since I don't know what skills you carry in your repetoire... but you could start by thinking outside of the penis... You can do a lot with a guys balls and anal area, if he is open to such things...

its the saying after you give someone advice or an opinion and then you say thats just my 2 cents.
I've given head to both circumcised and uncircumcised men and haven't found that either required any special techniques. Some guys are just easier to get off than others. I would suggest trying to find ways to improve your fellatiating skills in genereral rather than focusing on the fact that he's uncircumcized. And, as rioch and tjdude mentioned, pulling back the foreskin may be part of the problem rather than the solution, since a lot of guys don't like that. It's kind of like when they pull back our clitoral hoods before we're ready.
