When we're having sex, we use a lot of lube, so much that it's dripping off the condom. I warm her up for a while first too, but she dries out really quick like maybe 2 or 3 minutes. We use KY is there anything that works better or lasts longer?

KY liquid, or jelly? The jelly last a lot longer then the liquid. Also, water based anal lubes last a while. If you go with water based lube, you are probably going to have to reapply a few times. I know that I usually do every 10 minutes or so. Silicon lubes last too long...lol. That stuff is hell to get rid of, and it doesn't come out of bed sheets.
Astroglide, reapply as needed but lightly.
The K-Y would last better if inserted into her rather than placing it on the condom. Use an applicator such as comes with vaginal jelly (which you should be using if you are still on condoms). The K-Y on the condom is scrapded off; if it is in her, each thrust will draw more to where it is needed.
Do consider using vaginal jelly which is lube plus spermicidal protection.
