Hey, so this is pretty straight forward, do most girls at the age of 17 still have their hymen? The reason I'm asking is because I've never fooled around with a girl with a hymen in (I would have to learn how to finger and oral with a hymen). Thanks.

Maybe yes, maybe no. More than likely she won't know unless she is an "early bloomer" and quite curious about her body.
Because girls in western civilizations tend to be physically more active than elsewhere around the world, there is a good chance it is all or partially gone; however, there is no guarantee. The only way to know for sure is to go exploring. Whether the hymen is intact or not, the chances are that you won't be able to effect penetration the first time or two, anyway. This can be do to any difficulty tearing the hymen or if this is not an issue, just getting past the nervousness of the event.
You better make darn certain that intercourse is on her agenda, also. Do not assume, do not force the matter. Better to devote several days working up to it and spending lots of time making out and getting to the foreplay stage. Oral stimulation with or w/o a hand job is physically far more pleasurable than intercourse which is more satisfying emotionally to the two psyches involved. The two of you might be much better off just making out than going for intercourse.
