It depends on the girl and the intensity of the orgasm that occurs during the ejaculation, some trickle some squirt. I have done both.

By "girl cum" do you mean female ejaculate or the lubricating juices that the vagina produces during arousal?

We all know the purpose of male ejaculate, but what of the females? what exactly is it and how s it different from her lube? what does it actually do?
