ok this is kinda f***ed. ill try to explain as best i can. i have a a girl friend, were not going out we're just friends and we've been fooling around for quite a while. its been getting more and more serious lately, shes been in my house the past couple of weekends and last wkend she fell asleep next to me when we were watching a video. her friends tell me she really likes me and wants to make something more out of it, but theres a problem. i think im in love with her mom.
what should i do i feel like a pervert or something... is it just a phase?

trust me its a phase! look at the future... dont think there could b a future with her mum. how does her mum feel about you. you could really hurt your friend, lose a friendship, and lose the mum's trust in you.

I've never been in your situation before so i can't help you directly, though I have known some people who have had a crush on a girl's mother before. From what I've heard it's just a phase so don't worry about it, but you say that you feel like a pervert, so obviously you personally feel that it's wrong, if so then just don't pursue it and it'll pass. Like thetease said, it's just a phase so don't mull over it too much.
