Should I send my ex flowers at work or something saying I am sorry for all the mistakes I made. I NEVER felt this strongly about someone and really want a second chance. We just broke up so I would probably wait like 2 weeks. Is it a bad idea? we are on good terms.

You have great instincts...you always send flowers to work. If you send them to her home, no one sees them. So great forethought.
If you are on good terms and you really want a second chance, then it's never too soon to say "Sorry...forgive me." The sooner, the better- actually. You wouldn't want her to meet someone else in the meantime.
Oh, and if you don't know, find out what her favorite flowers are and send those.
