My G/F was seeing another man at the time we started going out. Although she insists their relationship is pretty much over, she still sees him frequently and I feel as though she puts him before me. She says that she loves me and that she is only with him because he lives nearby and she goes there when she has problems at home. What should i do? It's been hurting me alot lately.

some people become great friends after they break up. some people don't. she may just be seeing him as she states...when he has problems.
or there could be the possibility that something else is still going on between them.
either way, if it's bugging you and it's hurting you, you need to talk to her about it.
no, it's not the easiest thing in the world to do, but if it's hurting you, something needs to be done.
