For the past 35 years Ive had a rather "tight" sac that almost never relaxes for the most part, only when I get a fever or whatever do they hang. Today we had some warm weather at 70 degrees and for the first time in my life I sat on my nuts.. Talk about painful to say the least. Now last summer they didn't hang down but today they were hanging way low and rubbing the inside of my boxers. My question for the guys is: do they get lower over time? I see mine every day so I guess I don't notice the minute changes but maybe some of the more experienced could shed some light.
Am I loosing it?

Nope, you're not "losing it", Jracer. I, too, am usually pretty tight. Temperature (or like you said, a fever) make them hang lower, sometimes. Any yes, it does seem like it is becoming more frequent as I get older.
