I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get a hold of a large quantity of condoms at little to no cost? There is this convention that I have been going to for years and this is my last time. at the convention we have very strict rules about the interaction between girls and boys. Naturally there are several people who get caught having sex and get sent home, banned from ever participating and have there parents call where some receive even more unfair punishment. A few friends of mine that are in the government tried to get the organization to distribute condoms so that the people who do have sex do it safely. Rather then allow the student government of the organization do this; they made it against the rules to bring condoms, calling it planning to violate the rules. So at the next one I want to hand out condoms at the dance, with the help of some friends, both as a political statement and as a practical practice. Can anyone help me out?
