Well, when the bladder is full i think it pushes on the prostate gland causing more arousal. Hence suchthings as "morning wood".
Having sex has never made me want to Pee though in itself.
im pretty sure lots of ppl get the peeing sensation when they r about to cum. i think the reason u didnt come is because u were so uncomfortable about it. just relax.
