My foreskin retracts naturally during intercourse or oral but sometimes I have problems in getting it back to place. At times it would come back to its place when I remove the condom but at other times it would remain retracted for days! :( Please advice how do I pull it back matually (without any pain or irritation)?

The more typical question here is how to retract it rather than getting back covering everything. In either case, you should talk to your doctor because any limitation in movement of the foreskin makes good hygiene more difficult. It should slide right back and then into the relaxed position again. You evidently develop some swelling of the glas whils back. That should be checked.
