CORRECTION: "Foreplay" should occur after all the fooling around and making out--like Necking, Petting, and, Heavy Petting. Foreplay is the next stage in the arousal process--not a catchall term to mean all of the above. That is what fooling around and making out are.
Your answer is OK, IF he has already established a relationship with her; however, I did not get that he has from his message. This is why my first reply was framed the way it was.

As mentioned, he (and every other horny inexperienced guy) needs to understand the difference in how a female looks at and approaches sex, than how a male of the species does. We males can be up and ready for an orgasm in a matter of moments--NOT SO, the fairer gender.
