What is the level of Pleasure and Satisfaction for Her . . . ?

I want to know to understand the expectations of a girl about the real pleasure and satisfaction level.
Generally she screams, but on couple of occasions it was so LOUD that could be heard from quite a distance. It feels good that you are satisfying your partner to the greatest level, but she maintains her screams for 2nd and 3rd round as well.
I feel embarrassed when others stare at me when out in a common group.
Is it normal? Please suggest me what i do....

Some people curl their toes, some people moan, a few scream. All is within the realm of "normal", and just depends upon the individual.

This is a self esteem issue. There is an article listed in the Index that you might find beneficial regarding this as well as self confidence.

When you see someone glancing your way, or actually looking at you, the best reaction is a smile--so, smile at them, look away and continue walking or doing what you were doing.

So someone looks at you, so what? My guess is that you'd find me very annoying and uncomfortable because I enjoy sitting on a chair in a mall and observing people. I also do this as I walk down the street, etc. No harm, no foul. Do not worry about this or give someone's glance another thought. Life will be easier if you do not dwell upon it or worry about it, or try and figure out why s/he is looking at you. What do you have to be embarrassed about, anyway? If you can find no reason, then stop trying to make something out of nothing!

As Doc said, this is a situation with a very wide individual variation. Some women can suppress their reactions but often at the cost of reducing the intensity of their orgasm. It is also the case that a woman's second or third orgasm may be more intense than her first. Don't think of this as a sound that she makes -- it is a sound that both of you make together, rather like a creaking bed spring. Remember that there are two of you being stared at so you can always hold hands and smile at each other.
