It is great to see such interest in (and feedback about) the site. Thanks for the very kind comments.

The reason I got involved was that I could see the need for a safe and non-judgmental environment that promoted open and free discussion of sexual issues - for folks of all ages, sexes and inclinations. Such a service did not seem to be provided anywhere else.

In the early days, it was Tom's passion and commitment for creating such a needed quality website that convinced me this was a worthwhile project to help out with. The project then also took hold of me - and the rest is (as they say) history; here we are, almost 10 years later! Oh, I believe that will call for a drink - or two - to celebrate!

By the way, the stats in the 'media kit' posted are just a tad out of date ... we now serve almost 13 million pages of content to 1.5 million readers per month!

As has already been mentioned, the ongoing maintenance and development of the site requires a lot of hard work. I would therefore like to add my thanks for the long-term members and the (formal & informal) role they have played in helping get us here.

Here's to the next 10 years!
