The cardio aspirin is self-evident. I have no idea why you are taking the others. St John's Wort is an herbal medication many use for depression. It does interfere with the birth control pill, but that hardly applies. It does have side-effects similar to many psychotropic drugs including some sexual side-effects in some people.
You should discuss this with a qualified and certified professional - homeopath, naturopath, hebalist, whatever is licensed wherever you are. Herbal drugs are what is said: drugs. Self-medication is often a bad idea. Without exam and medical history, no one should be advising you. For better or for worse, there are many sites on the net that deal with St John's Wort. It was the in herb a few years ago. I do not know whether or not it is still very popular.
Ducy: Back off. You lack the training and will have no opportunity to gather the required medical history to advise anyone.
