male circumsicion

Hello all,

I wud like to ask about male circumsicion. I know it is more of a ritual. It is widely practiced in so many cultures. I am christian, but from a logical point of view, why remove a piece of skin that is meant to be there? Is it true that this foreskin has so many neuro endings that would give the male more pleasure? what about women? does a woman feel happier with a circumscised or uncircumscised male? i am more likely to marry a circumscised male but i do not feel eager at all to circumscise my baby boys.
does keeping this foreskin has any risks. a friend told me that her hubby's penis is small coz he is uncircumcised and that this foreskin had impeded the growth of his penis, is that true? or is it just a myth?

Yes, the foreskin contains many nerve endings and removing the foreskin prevents the man from having as much pleasure as he would have had had he remained uncircumcised. As for how women feel about it, various women feel various ways. Some women prefer circumcised while others prefer uncircumcised. And then others, like me, have no preference.

I don’t think that you are going to get a straight answer on this site. This is more of a political issue then it is a medical issue right now. If you look on this site you will find a couple of threads that very thoroughly debate this issue. As for an as objective as possible answer as possible to your question, there is no real conclusive evidence to show whether circumcised or uncircumcised enjoy sex more. To the question of what women prefer, once again there are no conclusive studies, it is simply a matter of preference. As to the issue of health, once again lots of very bad science. It really is an issue that divides MD’s. My Doctor is anti-circumcision, however the resident MDs on this site will say differently. Finally to the question if a foreskin makes your penis smaller, this is complete bull. There is no logical reason for this, the human penis is suppose to have a foreskin so it most certainly dose not restrict its growth. It’s like saying the skin on your arm makes it smaller. In about a day this thread probably will be swarmed by a bunch of people, some of which will post some very bad information, just as a heads up.

What is with attacking my age? So what if I am young, criticize what I write not my self? You have to agree that the other threads on circumcision had some bad information on them. And sorry about the poor grammar in my last post, I was exhausted at the time.

I referenced your age, you wrote the above. What I knew, or thought I knew at 17 compared to now at 47 is very miniscule. So as a heads up I was sharing your age with this poster...

I still consider it an ad hominem. Do you disagree that the other threads on circumcision got swarmed and do you disagree that some of those people posted some bad information. Now do note that I am not talking about Brandy, Sera and the other senior members as the source of the bad information because they disagreed with me, more the people that joined just to post propaganda on the threads. My voice is just as valid as yours and I see no reason why my age is relevant on this thread.
