Unhappy Sexercise

I keep seeing a link for this, however I can not find anything on the site about it. Can anyone steer me in the correct direction? Thanks

Since this discussion hasn't been picked up, I will pick this up.

I've always personally thought that if anything since sex does burn calories, it should have been blown up as a fitness craze lol.

On a serious note, while I was looking at sex positions on this site, if anybody had to make up an exercise regimen, what would you include??

A gym membership.

A guy can most likely get a decent amount of exercise out of traditional sex, but as women we really don't do enough work to get the same kind of workout. In an hour at the gym, you can work your whole body. With an hour of sex, you get some cardio and maybe leg work.

If on the other hand you put on a strap-on and give him a go, you'll benefit from the same workout that any guy would receive (although guys cum once, limiting your amount of time). As someone who works out frequently, and has had a crazy sex regimen (when my partner was still in the area) using sex as a full body workout really won't do you too much good (if you're a woman).

There are a few women who can probably make it work, but the average woman, no.

Well, that's depressing...but all jokes aside...

I was definitely wondering why sexercise isn't something that's done as a way to complement overall fitness. Thanks for the response on this btw.

Obviously, working out by going to the gym and other forms of fitness and healthy eating habits ensure overall good health.

(It really doesn't benefit women??) I'd figure this would be an incentive for women to work out more, but I might have to clarify myself more on what I meant by this.

I think what I'm thinking about is using exercise as its own foreplay. I'm pretty sure this is where I'm going with this now.

But here I am: living proof! I know I do burn alot of calories. I don't need to go to the gym when my sex-life is up-and-running . Have even lost weight when I started having sex and was actually eating more!

You could exercise for having sex as well: working your PC-muscles There's something really cool for us girls: called a yoni-egg. This is made out of gemstone, like rose quartz.
