Stretch mark question
Okay, so for the past month I have been working out, eating healthier and even just doing things to help get in shape. Pretty much I have dropped almost 15 pounds (190 to 174) and I have gotten some pretty nice definition. Only problem is that while on my way to getting in shape, and making myself look better, I did something surprisingly painful while working out two days ago. While doing some simple arm exercises, I felt this strange tearing/cramping sensation on the back of my arm, and when I went to see what was wrong I found a quite massive stretch mark.
So once again I am a bit self conscious because I was trying to get a nice beach body, and although most body builder type friends I have say I should be proud because it means I have gaine quite a bit of size in a short amount of time (and I have) but I dont really want to have this visible anymore. Anyways my question is, HOW DO I GET THEM TO GO AWAY! Or at least not be so prominent, because these are bright red, and kinda hurt.

Stretch marks are elongation of the skin and are not usually "massive.". What you describe deals with either a muscle or connective tissue and the red mark is bleeding inside. If this continues to hurt or feel weak, get it looked at.
