Omg Make It Stop!!

Alrighty! My boyfriend and I live together. I love every min. i spend with him....

Except for when we go to sleep. He snores SO LOUDLY that it will wake me up no matter what.

I've told him about this and we've tried the breathing strip things, the nasal spray..
Almost everything you can think of!!!!

He's even let me go to sleep first, while taking a Tylenol PM or 2 and after about 45 mins of him being asleep, BAM! i'm wide awake!!!

What can i do!!??!?!

long time frustration for many partners...you have to look at what some of the factors are that can cause snoring, alcohol before bedtime, wieght issues, nasal blockage, humidity or lack of it in the room. A visit to the Doctor will help in diagnosis. There is a medical procedure to do some work at the very back of the mouth with laser...Best to see a DOC first...

I am curious about the snoring aspect as well. HNG mentioned weight issues
and alcohol. I have never heard those causes before. Does that hold true
do heavier people have a tendency to snore more? I always thought it was
a breathing issue associated with the nasal passage......I have only heard
snoringloud enough to awaken someone a few times. Good Question.

Interesting........I wonder if it is related to any sleep disorders......I do not
think I have ever heard a lady snore. Breath loud perhaps but not a full
all out snoring assault. Nutty, no alcohol before you go to sleep?
Not sure why that would cause snoring.

Ducy is just really nice
My pops snores non stop all the time...I believe it has to do with a messed up something...(whatever dries out when you sleep while snoring) really the only other thing you can do is pillow over the face, or even try going to the doctor...like a sleep specialist
