Lost Trust....How to get it back?

Ok so, sorry if this is a bit straight forward, but how do you regain trust? Do you just force yourself to believe them? Or what?

Brandye is a jewel in the rough
If you are the wronged party and need to regain trust in a cheating girlfriend, you make a decision. Then living with it can be difficult until she lives up to the trust - and you will never quite know.

If you wronged her and are trying to regain her trust in you, you start with a long heart-to-heart discussion and live out the agreements you come to.

LOOOOOOOng process, either way.

Thanks Brandye.

There are some trust issues with my female friend. (more than a friend just below girlfriend since she is exploring her sexuality), but it realyl only matters if we get back together. Which wont be for a good while.

The instance Im talking about is more of friends...I found out yesterday that a few of my really good friends (two of whom I plan on moving out with) had been sleeping with my ex (from two years ago), and so now its like wtf?!?! It really puts a damper on my plans cuz if they could sleep with my girlfriend (at the time) without a second thought, how do I know that they wont skip out on rent or back out of something.
