I have a BA in Elem. Ed. but I don't really think thats what I actually want to do anymore. Right now I just work part-time retail. I want to get a Masters eventually but I don't know in what. I like to consider that I'm having a quarter-life crisis, because I just went to college for 4 years and am very much in debt...but not really sure thats what I want to be doing hahaha.

I feel like there needs to be more guidance in high school. When you are filling out your college applications at 17 years old...with no idea what the real world is like, I picked what I always wanted to be when I grew up...a teacher.

But having gone through college and then talking to people are learning about other careers, I feel like I missed out. I feel like I didn't know what was out there. When you are just a teenager, you think of general fields like education, medicine, business, arts, etc...you don't really think about EVERYTHING that is out there. I wish they actually had a class or something that exposed you to all sorts of jobs.

So...I don't really know what I want to do right now. But I'm only 23, so I figure I have time to sort my career path out.
