 what is it you need help with though? im slightly confused like who did the breaking up why etc? obv you do not have to answer questions like that but would make it easier to help if you did  xx

Im sooooo sorry to hear you broke up. My best suggestion is to try to keep your mind off of it. Do stuff constantly. Make plans with friends, go to comedy/horror movies aviod romance movies. Find a friend/friends you can confide in and dont be afriad to bawl your eyes out to them. It always helped me to have a friend I could cry to
