Viewing question...Non-sexual post

Hi All:

I am trying to find out is anyone else has experienced this or knows any info.

I have been using Windows XP and had no problems viewing this forum. Just switched to a new computer & using Windows Vista and the only way I can find to view most posts is switching the display mode to either hybrid or threaded. Even then I am still having difficulty with finding all in-line posts (threads).

Has anyone else run into this? Or have any suggestions?

TNX

Thanks new to love..I am very unhappy w/vista but unfortunately all the new computers had it installed. I am considering having it ripped out and XP put on. I'll try the site you recommended!

Windows vista is so new that once again all the bugs have not been sorted out and some if not most drivers and added software once again will not work. XP was launched and look at all the hassles we had for the first year now it is working properly after a billion updates and service packs.
I am much like "Newtolove" and do my own installations and build my own computers because I know what I have then.
I suggest working with XP again until Bill gets his act together with his new money making windows

Good luck

well frankly I call this a fars they have been working on the blasted thing for 5 years, they told us they were going to start from scratch and abandon the windows name and then just made yet another flashy body on the chassis of windows server2003, frankly as far as I am concerned they are a laughing stock so what was windows server 2003 based on ? windows 2000 probably ' bingo we are back to square one, we now have windows server2003 with a new interface and a load of updates fixes and god knows what else to make it work plus some eye candy to make it look good,

I will stick with Xp. Quite simply, there is absolutely no incentive for me to switch to Vista. Not too happy with all the DRM stuff they have built into it, either. I probably won't need to get another computer for at least a couple of years, so will see what the state of play is with Vista then. Maybe I'll even consider Linux. That's what I use at work, and its a very stable operating system.

I was stuck since my computer crashed...the mother board. All the new ones had Vista and sending it in for a re-vamp I could not do b/c I have to finish a Master's on-line and need 3 more weeks. So mine was out of necessity, HATE vista and will have this torn apart in 3 weeks! I would never recommend Vista to anyone it's cumbersome and a poor operating system.
