too sweet?

this may be incredibly stupid of me but ...

i've always been one of the guys and so i am attracted to 'tough guys' kinda or a guy's guy ... but i'm also a daddy's girl and i like for a guy to tell me he loves me and me sweet.

the reason i love my boyfriend so much is that he is the first guy i've found who is both in a perfect combination. but ever since football season ended he's been less 'tough' and more 'sweet'. i know i shouldn't be complaining about this but he's almost become a softie.

he's so scared of making me mad that he doesn't goof around with me and he compliments me every few minutes and sometimes uses baby talk to be cute.

while i appreciate this ... being called beautiful all the time loses it's value after a while and he's losing that big tough strong edge that really attracted me to him.

1. is it wrong that i don't like this new side of him? 2. will it hurt him to tell him he's too sweet? because i'm sure he'll beconfused by me complaining about it ...

Maybe go about it in a different way. Talk to him about he has changed since the beginning of the relationship, and ask him what happened. And then tell him your preferences.

no i appreciated the replies - i talked to him and we sorted it out - i never said i wsn't hapy i was jus too lazy to post a responce lol
