Pink socking, is it real?

Ok, let me explain: my friend and I were having a debate on whether pink socking was real and could actually happen. (for those of you who don't know: they say that 'pink socking' is when anal sex results in the receiver having their intestines pulled out through their anus when the other person pulls out). Now, my friend was convinced that it could and I really don't see how it would be possible no matter how big the person who is the "pitcher" is. Could someone please shed some light on this and perhaps some facts I could cite the next time I see my friend (if I am indeed correct that it cannot happen). Thanks.

I saw a photograph recently of a weightlifter who suffered a prolapsed rectum (from lifting weights, not anal sex). It looked awful, but was apparently easily treated and he recovered ok.

I'd imagine that it is possible from sex, or from using toys, but I don't really know.
