Oh Honey! Let me tell you...it isn't only better for him for you to be more toned in that area. It also enhances sex for you too. There are 3 ways that I am going to tell you about...
The 1st one is Kegels. A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine. Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mucsle over and over. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds. 2nd is Ben Wa Balls. BenWaBalls can also be used to tighten the vaginal muscles. Actually that is what they are intended for. They come in set of 2. You start by inserting one at first and try holding it in. It will most likely fall out almost instantly the first couple of times. After you can hold one in (standing up) for about 20 mins then you can add the second one and hold them both. Alot of women are worried about them getting lost up there but there is no where for them to go unless you just gave birth. Don't worry that they will get stuck either they are weighted all you have is squat down and they will come right out. And the 3rd one is for those who can't wait until the first two reallly start to tighten up those muscles. There are tightening creams on the market. I know that some of them might not work. The key ingredient that you should look for in this product is Potassium Alum. It tightens up the vaginal muscles quickly and lasts up to 24 hours. I do carry an item like this that I swear by. If you want more information contact me. Please note that it is only a temperary fix and will hold you over while you are doing #1 or 2 above. The actually excersises are actually better in the long run and they will increase your sexual health where a tightening cream is for todays pleasure only. I hope that this helps you.

In 19th century Germany, women were packed with rabbit dung after giving birth. The intent was that the alum in the feces would tighten the newly stretched vagina. The dream of a tight vagina has been around forever.
Sex does not cause any significance in "tightness." Two things that will affect it are pregnancy (and vaginal delivery) and dramatic weight gain. Otherwise, we are what we are and there is nothing short of surgery that make much difference. Stay trim and watch your weight. You have what you have.

Well, contrary to popular opinion, tightness isn't everything. Its actually easier to penetrate a vagina which has stretched a bit. Your vagina will not have stretched from having sex. Giving birth may stretch it though.

Nelli,
When I google secret embrace a bunch of Victoria's Secret sites show up. I do not know what is in the stuff you are using but if you experience any irritation, stop using it. The most common chemicals are astringents that will tighten you up slightly and for a short time.
