Dry organsm during masterbate

hi ,
i m 29 yrs old indian unmarried guy . i have one query, if anyone can clearify. I masterbates about 18 times in a month. suppose i masterbated on 1st and then i again masterbaste on 8th then the come is about 1.5 -2 ml , but if i masterbaste the next time it is about 1 ml and if i do it again the next day , then there is no cum for successive masterbates. If i do it 3times a week it gives dry ejaculation , i mean no cu m or only 2-3 drops.

So can anyone please tell what shud be the quantity of the cum if i masterbate 3 times a week or daily . and is my case normal . I will be a dad or not.
