penis size smaller than normally is

i noticed that when i went to the bathroom today that when i urinated a little blood came out ( at least it looked like blood, it was redish ). After that happened my penis shrank from its normally flaccid state to a small state that is about half the size of it normally is girth wise and length wise. My penis also looks a little duller and not as much color, it was kinda white.

Im going to the doctor tomorrow to see if i have a Urinary tract infection. It is possible that i do, but how does this size affect the Urinary tract infection that i dont know that i have yet?

Well, if there was blood in the urine, you have a UTI. Just as your face looks pale and drawn when you have cold, your penis is not feeling very good. It will come back.
