Its weird.. id dint see it as him saying i am my own god.. the way i felt the message was.. we are with god.. we are part of god.. we all have alittle "GOD" in us.. u know? hmm yeah.. i duno what to think of New Age.. then again i dont have much knowledge of it.. sooo im gonna keep hushed about it. If someone here is.. into New age.. and thats their belief system! umm please do Share i'd love to learn about it.
Hmm, yeah i talk to god sometimes through prayer.. but i talk to him through listening to my heart. mostly.. every second of every day.

See.. the evil part.. LAUGHS i associated that with.. most people *CHRISTIANS*.. who have tried to tell me "your going to hell you demon worshiper*.. i see it that way.. as.. its people just saying you are bad.. for feeling..
I dont think we need anyone to find that love.. i think.. in ourselves we can find god.. and feel him through us... like feel that "light" not saying we are god.. or whatever but its like.. feel the part of us... taht hes "given" us.. if that makes sense?
see.. for me i think its just finding that light and trusting it.. and for some its Jesus.. for me its God.. cause i seperate them.. but im glad you enjoyed it!! i'd love to hear what others think of it!

I think it plays heavily on emotion, and that’s why people have such strong –emotions- towards it. The music in the background, the images in the foreground, even the message, everything appeals to emotions. Whether you interpret this as being spiritual or not, that’s really an individual decision.

I am sure we have all had those experiences when you listen to a particular song, see a movie or an artwork, and it invokes these strong emotions in you, do you interpret that as a spiritual experience too?

I don’t expect ever to see one of these with things such as..birth defects, natural disasters, an obscure group of humans picking lice out of each others hair and killing them with their teeth (for revenge (memories of a video in Anthropology class)). This stuff is just as real and as present as anything else they would show. And it should still be a spiritual experience even with these images present, right? To base the reaction solely on what they choose to show you I consider to be more of a characteristic of art. To claim it as a spiritual experience I think is deceitful.

Anyway I am rushed right now, Ill have to go over this later.

affected yes.... and then the question becomes is the affection good or bad for me.
Emotions are such a great thing, I feel life so intensely and believe so much in perfect love... and I have been taken advantage of it in my lifetime, I have learned to still love freely and let love wash over me, but if I allow emotion to be the seat of my soul then I am suseptible to being controlled by those around me who have their own needs of self/pride/control. They will try to deceive me with their words that create the affecting emotion into believing that what they have to offer is truely what I need.
Advertising agencies are so so so good at this to get us to buy their products.
The mind will find a way to find the logic to it so the heart can have its need. These are powerful hidden things of the subconscious that work in us and we are not always aware of them.
How do we know if we are being deceived or not?
What standard can we use that is neither our heart nor the words of others that try to deceive? Who really speaks the truth with only the thought of my well being? I can't say it's me, because if my need is great enough to want to kill a person because he did me wrong do I listen to that? if my need is great enough to lie to someone and steal them blind of their love, dignity, respect, loyalty material possessions do I listen to that and say it is justified because my need was strong enough? what within me tells me that I am wrong to do that?

not sure, i dont think there can be a standard created.. because everyone of us is so different.
but i duno that wisdomflash.. i believe has apositive message.. or a truth to it.. pretty much all of it is truth to me.. But yeah.. I hope others watch it

Yes Oberon I have seen that before and others like it. It always fills me awe and gratefulness that Jesus would die for me a wretched sinner and forgive me.

And that is the point of what you posted. All those sinners had one thing in common; they accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. They took the free gift of Salvation that was offered to them.

I for one can't wait to get to Heaven and see those faces I didn't think I would see and I have no doubt there will people surprised to see me there.

I'm curious what can really make someone go down the ladder... *i don't see it as heaven and hell.. it looks like a ladder and earth is in the middle* but.. i wonder what can make peoples souls go lower on the ladder. also.. i'm curious what makes spirits trapped? i know its from not accepting the fact they have passed.. it happens with people who committ suicide.. those who are murderd... er well it can happen.. but.. WHAT MAKES THEM STAY.. is what i wanna figure out
