As a guy, it's a little more difficult to acheive, but it's happened to me 2-3 times and definitely something you REALLY enjoy. It's even more wild when your partner has one.
I know I can achieve orgasm from my breasts and nipples being stimulated.(...) Orgasm is like a warm wave flowing over me. In fact; I can experience orgasm in a similar way from my ears and back of my neck being licked. And while my back is being caressed. Yes, I'm highly sensitive :o About the same wave of heat/warmth coming over me, sometimes with me trembling all over. (...)
I'd say it really does come from a different area than clitoral or gspot, as that really starts in my pelvic area, while in the other cases it's more like the warmth is flowing towards it. Clitoral to me is very powerful, but usually also very local. Sometimes the trembling spreads out a little through my body. Internal (a/gspot) feels like a wave of roaring thunder going from my pelvic area shooting towards my brains, rushing back all over my body! :o
I'm guessing that the latter would be what you call full body orgasm?
Adding to this description I've also achieved such deep and profound orgasms by anal stimulation. When I'm with my lover orgasms come far more easy and are generally deeper than when I masturbate. Together we usually built it from little ones to big o's; I get to cum every few minutes :) Whereas it is rare that I achieve multiple orgasms all by me oncy.
Theoretically anywhere that we have nerve endings we can produce an orgasm. There are lots of nerve endings concentrated in the genitals, less in the breasts hands and feet , but still a lot there so those places are easier to stimulate to orgasm.
only reason i ask is because i have been practicing achieving full body orgasms with my aneros and each time i use it, the sensations are different.......one might fill like a build up of energy in my pelvic region and then when it releases, it's a warm gushing feeling (like warm water that is flooding the inside of my body??) that spreads from my pelvic region and expanding out throughout my whole body (my favorite ones).....and another might feel like i have been electrocuted, except there is no pain (hard to explain).....every time i have aneros sessions, it gets easier and quicker to get to these places......though i haven't reached super-o yet, i feel like i'm very close
i guess i'm interested in comparing to a female's feelings when she has one
I would describe the total body orgasm as feeling very much like a genital orgasm yet not limited to and certainly not centered in the genitals. In my case it's a tingling trembly feeling throughout the body, a state of total vulnerability and not caring about the vulnerability, euphoria. Any sort of orgasm is difficult to describe. This one usually does not include ejaculation or contraction of pelvic muscles because it does not come from genital stimulation. Nevertheless the proper stimulations of the rest of the body or other bady parts can result in a TBO combined with pelvic muscle contraction and ejaculation. My wife and I usually get there from carresses and touching. We have been practicing for years after discovering it by mistake - through tickling competitions!!!!

Q, congrats on the full body experience! :)
I can relate to your description in some ways. Some time ago I made a description of what orgasms feel like to me and from what sort of stimulation (http://www.sexinfo101.com/forum/pleasing-her/29210-breast-orgasm-questio...)
