You're right, it has happened to me after we gave mutual massages, and then spent a lot of time kissing and rubbing on each other before he went inside. It was the best orgasm I've ever had. :D It felt like it kept going on and on, and I was so exhausted afterwards, and 110% relaxed and happy.
