hello all. here goes iam embarrsd about this but. i am 17 years old. i have had unproted sex for adges with the same girl. we were having sex today and it didnt fell rite. we were both tense beause we were worried incase some 1 was gonna come in. i started to go harder and faster when i felt some pain. i ignored it then i felt a sharp pain stoped then took it out. when i took it out i was bleeding. i was worried and shocked. i have been reading on various other foums including this one. but iam worrid my frenulum is torn at the tip on the head. its not pain full as such just bleeding. when i get an errection it nips a bit. i was wondering has any 1 got any advice i can get. this is verry worriing for me

Did you blot the blood off and look to see exactly what the area looks like? Use a mirror if you need to and do not rub the spot b/c it will begin to bleed again. Just look and see if you can see any areas which are torn. Look for an area which looks like a small cut or if it looks like the tissue (skin) appears to have an abrasion (like if slid your arm along pavement).
kk i have looked and its sliced. or a good chunk of it. i would post a pic but iam not sure if your alloud to. i have cleand most of the blood. its just hard to tell if its torn completly or a big chunk.
Generally these are allowed to heal on their own but it depends on the extent is it just the fren. or is it more? Keep it clean & dry, put some antibiotic ointment on it. Also, if it's bleeding off & on put a pantyliner in your briefs, do not wrap anything around it such as tape and gauze. Keep from getting a hard on b/c the tissue expands it can reopen.
If it looks quite deep go to the hospital (ER) & see a doc. But if you are going to do this make sure it's not longer then 12 hours after the injury.
The ones I have seen, not lots of them, they heal on their own. I have seen some men mangle themselves badly in zippers & require some work.

They only time I have seen a plastic surgeon suture is when there is a serious tear. Of the ones I have seen most are minor and allowed to heal on their own. If it looks large, deep, and with a large amount of bleeding still go to the ER but if you are going to do this make sure it's within 12 hours of the injury.
If it is a problem after it heals, such as painful erections, the doctor does a repair after the fact.
There is no reason to tell your parents what happened, just tell them you cut yourself w/your zipper and need to see a doctor.
No sex until it healed 100%. Keep the area from getting infected by keeping it clean & dry, keep triple antibiotic ointment on it.
Since I am not seeing it in person, I can only tell you generally what is done with them. Each person is unique. Just b/c your doctor's office is closed, you can still call the office number and get the answering service after hours & they will page him/her. And either your doctor will call you back or the doctor covering for him/her will return your call pretty quick if you need.
Also, they are very painful (the tissue is very delicate) when they happen and generally bleed a great deal initially due to the area being filled w/blood vessels.
And unprotected sex leads to pregnancy & STD's...
