While taking a warm bath or shower, gently try to work the foreskin back over the Glans and behind the Corona rim. If the foreskin is still attached, it can often be worked loose over time by gently tugging on it a little at a time. One potential problem is if the foreskin has a small opening that cannot stretch enough to slip over the larger diameter Glans. If this is the case you may want to see your doctor for solutions.

For boys that are still maturing, it's pretty normal for the foreskin to not pull back.

Dancingdoc, the functions are still normal, masturbation, ejaculation and that. I remember you saying in a post similar to this that it's a health hazard, maybe if there is any special way to help prevent health hazards WITHOUT circumcision, could you say?

Do not be squeemish before it is warranted. You may find that your foreskin is completely free and will retract. If not, just work with it a little over the next few months in order to break the remaining adhesions. Some people report that it hurts to do this and others say it is nothing. How about reporting back on your situation so others might learn.
