Never heard of them until now. Here are some informative links, although I have the feeling you might already know all that is mentioned in the links. They are caused by the sebaceous glands under the skin. I think a lot of people have them to some degree, they are just more noticeable on some.

When it was published some time ago, it was the I first time I heard of it. And if I'd meet a man who has them, I wouldn't be bothered by it at all.

What they're no big deal, I've got probably 300-500 of them and never had a problem, they're just there, don't think she's ever noticed them though. I've also had actual pimples on the shaft now those aren't fun at all!
