well if it is just body chocolate and cream there aren't really any precautions unless you are allergic to the chocolate or whipped cream.
I guess my main question would be is there any risk with the syrup around her vagina? Like a urinary infection or something?
off the top of my head. no there wouldn't be. but do not quote me on that.
If you are worried about that just keep the chocolate away from her vaginal area and just lick it off her stomach and breasts
