I would personally assume that squeezing really hard would definantly hurt. But everyone is different. One girl might be way more sensitive than another. Also, it sometimes depends on that time of the month... i notice that mine get really sensitive right before my period and sometimes yelp in pain ifmy bf hardly squeezes them at all.
