Frequently during sex or when I masturbate, a little amount of fluid comes out of my penis. I'd have to say it's about a tear drop or two if I had to compare it to something. It's not urine and I haven't cummed yet so I know it isn't my semen. If I had to take a guess, it's semen in a much more liquid form? Is this normal?

Fluid from penis pre-sex - Is this normal?

It's very normal, it's pre-ejaculation fluid also known as precum...
Thanks for the quick reply. :D

. . . . and it varies wildly from guy to guy and experience to experience. Some guys produce a lot, some (like me) almost none at all (unless I've been in foreplay for hours or very horny). It tends to decrease as you get older as well.
I produce alot :(
it can be embarassing to have a small wet spot on your pants just from making out and groping.
oh well.
Precum is the unfortanate loop hole to the pull out method as birth control.
Its not really about the amount of sperm that gets inside the vagina, its more so about whether or not she is or will ovulate within a 3 day period of intercourse.
I wonder whats the natural purpose of precum, cause i cant imagine its enough to factor into lubrication. So the logical thought would be so that we can spread our seed with or without an orgasm.
That's wierd, I never precum while I make out, usually it's during sex or masturbation.

"Precum or pre-ejaculate is a fluid coming from the penis and is produced by man’s bulbourethral glands. The main bulbourethral gland is the prostate, and there are also few smaller glands that are situated in the body of the penis. They produce clear liquid that is similar to other mucous excretion of the body, the main difference is the different contents of proteins and increased concentration of sugars like fructose. Precum’s main purpose is cleaning the urethra from any bacteria or the leftovers of urine, also precum is a lubricant that is used for lubrication of the glans and foreskin during the intercourse. Depending on the person precum may or may not contain small amounts of spermatozoids, the chances of pregnancy are small but, since in theory, only one sperm is enough to get a woman pregnant there’s still a chance that the pregnancy will happen. It would be the safest to use condoms during the entire duration of the sexual intercourse. " ...Author unknown
I notice that when I masturbate I don't have any precum. However when one of my ex girlfriends was giving me a blowjob, she always use to tell me that she could taste my precum before I came in her mouth. Is there a particular reason for why I had precum when she was giving me a blowjob, compared to now when I dont when masturbating?

Most of us (when jacking off) tend to "get to it" a bit faster than when we're being manipulated by a partner. I know in my own experience I rarely precum if I'm masturbating, but if I have someone keeping me aroused for a length of time before the orgasm I may get a little. As I said before, even under those circumstances I don't produce a lot. I've been with guys who produce enough we don't need lube!
