First time sex
I had 3 failed attempts at sex. Fingering never really hurt me but everytime he tried to enter, it still hurt.
Eventually I found a dildo about his width and got some astroglide and worked myself into the width of that.

It could be a problem, if you really want to check it out go to a doctor. Some girls it just takes a while for them to get stretched out, but it is kinda odd that she has bled like 6 times.

Did you just try to "stick it in" right away without stimulating eachother first? She needs to be wet enough for it not to hurt. Have you tried using lube? If you do, get a WATER based lube not an oil based one. Oil based lubricants break down condoms.
Try stretching her out a little with your hands and what not. Take it slow.
