Its definitely a feeling of release and satisfaction. I've never had sex, but definitely have had orgasms. Dont expect them, they'll just happen if there is hightened sensitivity and some sort of climax. I think that made sense. If not, someone will correct me.
You also generally "contract" down there.
Well, I know when I have an orgasm, it's a feeling... not just getting wet down there.
Just because you're wet or moanining or are even dripping fluids down there, it doesn't mean that you've had an orgasm.
