worrying about size being "too big" is totally rational...a guy i used to date was about 8"-8.5" and definitely wider around than a toilet paper tube. however, oral sex was totally doable- don't expect to fit the whole thing in your mouth or be able to deepthroat on your first time, just take it slowly and mix it up with some hand action too...i HIGHLY doubt he'll be thinking "gee, this is horrible because she can't fit all of it in her mouth".

I assume he meant the inside cardboard roll of the TP... A roll of TP is pretty big - especially if you have double rolls!
