I'm not quite sure where to start so I'll just ramble and we'll see what we come up with. 2 nights ago (valentines day) I lost my virginity with my ex-girlfriend, it was an awesome experience and I have no regrets. I say x because we're not together right now, but we're still really close and we probably will go out again in the future. anyways, it was my first time like I said but I think I'm #7 or 8 for her.
before we ever started fooling around I asked her flat out if she had ever had anything in the way of std's or something like this that I may be worried about. she said that she had been to the doctor not too long ago and she had gotten a clean bill of health. we've been "romantically involved" for about 3 months I guess, doing everything except sex until 2 nights ago and I've never had any problems really, but yesterday morning (the day after) I noticed that on the head of my penis (no where else on my body) I seem to have what looks like a blotchy rash, also there's things that look like really small goosebumps.
I have no idea what this may be but I'm quite worried, but before I go to a doctor I figured I'd check here first. here' some other things that may help with an answer.
- the night we had sex we didn't use a condom (yes I'm hanging my head in shame)
- the night BEFORE we had sex I was involved in a lot of physical activity (quite a bit of sweating I presume) but I didn't shower before we got together. (i'm not a dirtbag, but I was lazy that day and I didn't have plans to have intercourse that night.)
- I'm uncircumcized, and while my foreskin was pulled all the way back during sex, I didn't have a shower until the next day because I got home really late. my prognosis is that whatever this may be, it could have "festered" overnight. due to my momentary lapse in cleanliness.
- she is on the pill (alesse? not sure how to spell it) but she also just finished her period a few days before.
-I called her last night and told her about my situation, and she swore she hasn't slept with anyone else since we've been broken up (she's still in love with me) and she re-assured me that she's clean.
- I have never had cold sores or things like that, and I've never seen her with anything like that as well. and the only irritation she's ever had was from her shaving her pubes, and the irritation that follows a few days after from the hair growing back in. same with me.
- we tried to narrow down possabilities and she said that it's possible that she COULD have a yeast infection (I know nothing about those things), but neither of us are sure if she does have one.
- I pulled out before I came. I don't know if that has a bearing on anything.
- I also made her bleed a little bit. not trying to sound cocky, but it WASN'T her first time and it was a really really tight fit. I'm almost too big for her.
Now I'm praying that this is nothing serious, but I don't know. I'd have to guess that it's not and these are my reasons.
- I've gone down on her many times, had my tongue inside her etc. and never once have I had any itching, redness, etc.
- I've also fingerbanged her many times as well, and same goes for my fingers, nothing (although my penis is longer than my middle finger, which is what i use. but at the same time the shaft of my penis has nothing wrong with it from what I can see.
- nothing hurts. no burning sensations when I pee. nothing at all.
thats it for now I guess. I'd like to get to the bottom of this fast. and I'd like to get back to getting busy with her, but I'm going to buy some rubbers first.
thanks

There are no STDs that would show up that fast and they do not show up first on the head. You are right about your lack of hygiene. It is important for uncircumcised men to keep very clean under the foreskin. It could be anything from an accumulation of "stuff" but not likely ans STD.
If it gets worse or does not disappear in a few days, see a doctor.
well im sure u have already done this, but go take a shower and make sure you clean around that area good. I would wait a few days to let it clear up, adn just take a shower everyday. You can still do stuff with her, but i wouldnt have sex just yet until it got better. Then after you do anything, take a shower right when you get home. I dont think you have an STD. If she said she didnt have anything, im sure your fine. Peace~
hey "the dude" i have had the same tiny goosebumps on the inside of my foreskin for some time. Im not sure what they are, but they dont get n e worse. i havnt gone to teh docs because ive check some health books and it dont look like i have an std. Im young (14) and im not comfortable goin to the docs bout my penis just yet. advice from others? and the dude, know ur not alone with the syptoms, i know what they look like. The only thing is i dont have a rash.
I'm circumcised so I don't know this problem. I'm have hade an odd pimple on him before after a long day of work in the sun, doing landscaping for a friend, but that's all I think of. The only thing I can tell you is that you should clean him everyday. I shower and wash him everday and my "man part" is nice and smooth, always it gets rid of the salty taste he can develop, untell you work up a sweat.
I have senitive skin so when I shave him I get rash and pimplies, it hurts and it itches but that's the only thing I can think of. By the way whats a way around that?

hey man, i don't know how long you've had your dilema for, but mine was about 3 or 4 days, now its all gone and he's all pretty again, i washed the bejeezus out of my guy too, i'd take a "puff" (those things that you lather with soap) and i'd scrub it hard. Do you know what your issue is from? i can read your screen name, but is it from sex? i'm almost positive mine was. I've had times where I haven't showered for a day or 2 (everyone has) and i've had no irritation at all, but this time i got irritation and like i said i think it was from my gf. she had some discharge too which led her to believe that she DID have a yeast infection, but she took her meds and got rid of it. now we're both good. thats all i can think to say right now.
