My wife and I have tried various ones. She likes the ones that vibrate but I have not noticed that they helped me last longer. The vibration doesn't make it better for me personally. At least the vibrating ones are normally easier to remove I find.

Best advice I can give you? Stay away from the ones which have to be cut off in the ER or the OR!

No, not really. Just face the bullets the same direction and you'll be fine. If you turn or move positions, just move the remotes with you.
