If there is stroking to the urethra or in the vagina (the upper wall) it gives us a sense of the need to void. There is a lot packed into a very small abdominal space.

chances are he is hitting your G-spot. Every girl I've been with, when I hit that spot they feel the urge to pee. It explains the same feeling in all the websites covering info on the G-spot.
