Actually sexting at any age is technically illegal (If I'm not mistaken)

True, theoretically they can even put you up for trial for distributing child pornography. Even though it were pictures of yourself and you were not intending to "distribute" it to more than just your gf/bf.

Why is that? Because you can't "distribute" pornographic images without a license???

My mistake. I did a little more research and its not. I had read that it technically could be illegal. Something about public indecency or something since the airwaves are not a "private" network (it was supposed to be an "extremist view")

You do have to be careful though because sending a sext to the wrong person (it has happened to me before) can be grounds for sexual harassment.

Sorry for the necro post, but I had to say, congratulations doc. You must be doing epic facepalms when you see this kind of post been written. You also always keep your cool and type a long paragraph (which they brobably don't even read) about how the forums works.
