Many Glitches Finally Solved!

Hello Everyone,

As many of you have likely noticed, since about March of this year we've been having a few glitches occurring on the website for technical reasons. We were having issues with our load balancer, which resulted in the servers thinking that everyone on the website had the same IP address... Well after 7 months of hunting this problem down, it has finally been resolved!

Some of those glitches :
- Being randomly logged in and out as you click around the site.
- Recent posts not working
- Banning users by IP turned off (partly responsible for the increase in spam)
- The system telling you that you can't comment on the non-forum area of the site because you have been flagged for spamming...
- The counter at the bottom of the forum being half of what it should be...
- and many more...
