Enema

At the entrance page to the Board is an article on enema. I have no truck with the article. The accompanying picture may be misleading. The picture is of a vaginal syringe used for douching. An enema syringe, whether bulb (as shown) or gravity (bag) has a smaller probe and no shield. The shield, as shown, would work for douching but is not necessary for an enema. Moreover, almost all enema syringes are now disposable and not reusable as is the one shown.

Yes, some may use the "douche ball" in the anus but it is not recommended.

Thanks, mod, the douche bulb is intended to develop enough pressure to distend the vagina to cleanse all the little nooks. The rectum cannot stand the amount of pressure that the vagina can.
