Larger Avatar Size

Can we please have a larger avatar size? The current size is way too small for most pictures. A lot of members do not have avatars and I am guessing this could be why. Does anyone else feel the same way?

It's not about the persona, it's about the message. The former should not out shadow the latter.

I like the size of the avatar. Plus it is not a big deal if people have them or not. Pictures can be posted in other places. I would rather read good quality posts and answers than care about the avatar.

Heck no................. If they were larger then we would have to put up with
more of people who want their ego's boosted by putting pics of their penises etc.....

not that i don't like the penis I just don't want to be seeing some pic of a guy stuffing it into a foam thing or whatever on a larger scale.

What do all of you think of size adjusting? Some forums have limits and also have larger pictures adjusted to the size limit.

As it stands, now, the Avatar helps to identify the poster much like a logo helps to identify a brand or company name.

(I think "CleverName" has the right approach. Use a clever name and no logo is necessary.)
